Shipping Policies
99% of orders ship within 1 business day. On occasion orders will get backed up, especially during holiday seasons. So please do take that into consideration when ordering. Orders are filled on a first serve basis. As a general rule orders will be shipped using Standard Ground Delivery, which is USPS Priority Mail.But we reserve the right to use a more economical carrier if we deem it necessary.
On orders with multiple items, when one or more items are out of stock, we will hold the order and ship everything together, IF it appears that we will have the out of stock items within 10 business days. If the out of stock item will not arrive within that time frame, we will ship the partial order and ship the remaining item(s) seperately.
We ship to the 48 continental states without additional charges, this applies to all standard ground shipments. Hawaii and Alaska, Express shipping methods available for an additional charge.
Shipping applies on : plastic&wire crates,grooming tables,equipment,tubs,dryers,pet doors,1&5 gallon sizes of shampoo's and conditioners,and items that are Oversize/Overweight, also items in excess of 40inches.
*FREE SHIPPING rules and exclusions:
justforyourdog.com will choose the most economical shipping method for free shipping orders, this is normally UPS Ground but could be another type including but not limited to FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the appropriate shipping costs when the order is processed.
To qualify for free shipping, orders must be compleated online, and reach the minimum free shipping threshold amount, as stated on the home page.and go to a single u.s. address.
Exceptions to free shipping:
any LIFE'S ABUNDANCE products, as these are a different ordering format.
Oversize/Overweight items, Some but not all of the items that may be oversize/overweight are: ~Carriers, Crates, & Cages ~1 and 5 gallon containers,~Grooming Tables,~large and x-large beds.
On orders where there ARE items that qualify for free shipping And items that DO NOT(for example: the order contains a carrier and 10 dog collars) free shipping will be applied to the dog collars but the appropriate shipping fees will be charged for the carrier.

shipping notices are sent out to you as soon as they become available.Please note that some severs delete certain emails as spam. if this is the case you will not recieve the shipping notice.
Return Policy
You must return all merchandise UNUSED within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in orginal packing including instruction book,warranty cards,etc. A 20% or $5.00(whichever is greater) re-stocking fee will be applied. All shipping is non-refundable(unless due to damage).
For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at justforyourdog.com safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service,UPS,or FED EXwith insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please e-mail us at support@justforyourdog.com to let us know of your intent to return an item(s) in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly. We will issue a Return Authorization Number by return e-mail.
Special Orders: All costs and merchandise are non-refundable,unless product is damaged.
Non-refundable Items: justforyourdog.com is always concerned about your satisfaction. however, we regret that dog apparel,personalized items,books and videos, and special order items such as but not limited to Edemco Grooming Tables cannot be returned to us unless ther is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.
SHOULD A MISTAKE OCCUR: We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes mistakes happen!. When one does occur, please allow us the opportunity to correct it, Thank you.
Backorder Policy
From time to time (and much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. items may be back ordered for three reasons:
There is more demand for the item than we orginally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-supply us with the additional inventory.
The manufacturer has failed to ship to us in a timely mannner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc..
Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc. When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within five working days of the date of your order.
If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the five-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out of stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship back orders. Out-of-stock items under $15.00 will deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a resonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out-of-stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
Discontinued items, of course will not be shipped.
You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the depensation of any items not shipped.
Damaged Goods Policy
If damage occurs, have box and merchandise inspected by delivering carrier and notify justforyourdog.com at support@justforyourdog.com (save container with merchandise).

Because we deal with literally hundreds of manufacturers and supplier's, prices change. Our prices are in constant flux. We try to keep our prices current on a daily basis, we are not responsible for typographical errors, and prices and availabilty are subject to change without notice.
